Precision Metal Stamping

With plants in St. Louis, Missouri and Humboldt, Tennessee, Thunderbird Stamping offers comprehensive manufacturing capabilities including laser cutting, fabricating, stamping, forming, deep drawing, welding and metal finishing. Our 1500 ton press capability is coupled with very large bed sizes and supported by many lesser size and tonnage presses. These presses—along with three state-of-the-art laser cutting systems, a CNC turret press, machining capabilities and robotic welding—provide us with the manufacturing muscle to handle almost any project from prototyping through final delivery.

With significant redundancy in our capabilities, we are able to accommodate spikes in demand based on market needs. Our management information systems, as well as direct communication links via EDI and web-based portals with our customers, are utilized to coordinate design, production, and deliveries. Superior communication also enables us to excel with complete project management of large
